The experienced team at QPC starts with proper surface cleaning and pretreatment, ​QPC is equipped with industrial strength powerwashers and large industrial blasting bays to remove all unwanted layers and corrosion. This provides excellent adhesion to all component surfaces.

Powerwashing
QPC has two large industrial wash bays ​to fit any size vehicle or component for surface cleaning. We are fully equipped with four 3200 PSI power washers to degrease and clean anything you can throw at us.
Blasting
Quality Paint & Coatings is fully prepared for all your blasting needs. With our 2 large media blasting bays and 3 specialty media blasting machines we can accommodate any specialty blasting requirements. Our capabilities are as follows:

1 large industrial steel shot blasting bay

1 Bronco Blaster with two 10' tables for rapid turn around

Media Capabilities: Steel shot, sand, aluminum oxide, soda, walnut shell, etc.
